Group Tour & Dessert tickets
If your group likes to tour historic homes, come and tour the beautiful, grand, historic Joseph J. Brechet house, now known as the Brechet Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Groups must be a minimum of 8 people, and no larger than a group of 24. Contact us if your group is larger.

The guided tour will be of the entire first and second level of the home, including the story of the history of the man who built the home and his family.

After the tour, your group will be served tea, coffee and dessert on fine china in the dining room.

Group Tour & Brunch Tickets
If your group likes to tour historic homes, and enjoy a delicious brunch, come and tour the beautiful, grand, historic Joseph J. Brechet house, now known as the Brechet Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Groups must be a minimum of 8 people, and no larger than a group of 24.

The guided tour will be of the entire first and second level of the home, including the story of the history of the man who built the home and his family.

Our brunch is served upon your arrival. You will have your guided group tour. Following the tour, you will be served tea, coffee and dessert in the dining room.

Event Rental Deposits (small group) - set-up for up to 30 guests

The Main Floor can be rented for special event gatherings for up to 50+ guests.

The small group rental rate is $125 for the first two hours, plus $25 an hour if your event goes longer. (see rental form).

The $100 refundable damage deposit is also due at the time of reserving your event date.

Total amount due is $225.

Deposits need to be paid in advance to secure your event date.

Rental includes tables, chairs and table linens.
Chair covers are available for an extra fee ($1.00 per chair)
