Reservation Policy
A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee a reservation. A deposit of one third (1/3) of the reservation is required to confirm, with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay. Deposit becomes non-refundable. Balance of lodging is processed upon check-in. Incidentals are processed at check out. There are no refunds for early departures.
