We make every effort to keep our availability up to date but please understand that the availability display is not 'real-time'. PLEASE NOTE that during our high season (April - Nov.) there is a 2 to 3 night minimum all the time (all holiday and event weekends are 3 night minimums and July-October are extreme high season also). If the reservation you've requested does not meet our requirements, we may be contacting you to discuss various options. Or, PLEASE call us to discuss your reservations needs as we are sometimes able to accommodate shorter stays. .
