STREETCARS OPERATE DURING UPGRADE WORK OVER THE SUMMER
All New Orleans tourist/convention venues are better than ever. But our world famous streetcar system is undergoing planned repair upgrades. The 200 year old rail ties must be replaced. Large sections of the line will be serviced by buses. Please allow a bit more time to get to your destination. So, despite the slight inconvenience, plan to come on down, the only thing missing is you!
