We do have a 14 day cancellation policy. Any cancellation within the 14 days will be charged for one night or 50% of the total booking, whichever is greater, unless the room can be rebooked. Any cancellation prior to the 14 days will be charged a $25 rebooking fee. During holiday periods, we do reserve the right to take a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are quoted for double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $20 for each additional adult, $10 for children 11 and younger.
